lsbet Terms & Conditions

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the lsbet website (lsbet.mom), the mobile site, and all associated digital services.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual registered with and/or using the services of lsbet.
• "Account" refers to the personal account created by a user on the lsbet platform.
• "Services" refers to sports betting, casino games, virtual games, and all entertainment activities available on the platform.
• "Wallet Balance" refers to the cash funds and/or bonus funds held in a user's account.

1.2 Scope of Applicability

These Terms apply to all services provided on the lsbet platform. The following separate policies also apply:

• Privacy Policy — how your personal information is collected and used
• Responsible Gaming Policy — guidelines on safe and healthy gaming habits
• Additional rules for specific games or betting categories, displayed in the relevant sections

lsbet services are provided to users in Bangladesh and certain other regions. Citizens or residents of countries where online gaming is legally prohibited must refrain from using this platform. lsbet reserves the right to close any account that is found to be operated from a restricted region.

3.1 Password & Login Security

• The user is solely responsible for maintaining the security of their account.
• Passwords must be strong and must not be shared with anyone.
• If any suspicious activity is noticed, the lsbet support team must be informed immediately.
• lsbet is not responsible for any loss resulting from third-party access to an account, unless it is caused by a fault in our systems.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

lsbet carries out an identity verification process with the aim of operating a safe and transparent platform. Verification may be required in the following situations:

• At the time of the first withdrawal request
• When large transactions occur on the account
• When making changes to personal information
• In any situation that raises security concerns

3.3 Updating Account Information

If any of the user's personal details change (name, address, contact number), the platform must be updated immediately via lsbet support. lsbet will not be responsible for any restriction of services caused by outdated or incorrect information.

4.2 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (same for all methods).
• Deposited funds are generally reflected in the account instantly.
• Deposits must come only from the user's own payment account — third-party payments are not accepted.
• You must ensure that correct details are provided at the time of the transaction; lsbet is not responsible for a failed deposit caused by incorrect information.
• No currency conversion charges apply to deposit amounts — all transactions are in Bangladeshi Taka.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal processing time: generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Identity verification must be completed before the first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if there is an active bonus or incomplete wagering requirement.
• In cases of unusual or suspicious activity, lsbet may temporarily place a hold on withdrawals.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

lsbet offers a welcome bonus for new members. The terms of this bonus are detailed below:

• 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
• Or: deposit ৳34,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, for a total of ৳54,000.
• Wagering requirement: you must place bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount.
• Wagering example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds may only be usable in certain games or betting categories.
• Once a bonus offer has been accepted, it cannot be removed from the account.
• If a withdrawal is made before the bonus conditions are met, the bonus may be cancelled.
• lsbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• A bonus offer is applicable only once per user, household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account will be reviewed and the bonus may be cancelled if necessary.

5.3 VIP Program

lsbet's exclusive VIP program is available to regular players. Weekly cashback is provided across three tiers:

• Bronze tier — up to 0.3% cashback per week
• Silver tier — up to 0.5% cashback per week
• Gold tier — up to 0.8% cashback per week

You can gradually move up to higher tiers through regular gaming activity. VIP cashback is calculated every Monday.

6.1 Rules for Placing Bets

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is not accepted into the system before an event begins, it will be considered void and the stake will be returned.
• If a bet is not completed due to an internet disconnection or technical error, that transaction will be treated as not having been approved.
• Betting on multiple outcomes within the same event is prohibited ("arbitrage betting").

6.2 Casino Game Rules

• All casino games are operated by verified software providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others).
• Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and cannot be influenced by any third party.
• If a technical issue occurs during a live casino game, lsbet reserves the right to cancel that round and return the stake.

6.3 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises regarding any gaming outcome, the following process must be followed:

• The lsbet support team must be notified within 72 hours of the result being published.
• lsbet will make a decision after reviewing server logs and game history.
• lsbet's decision will be considered final.

7.1 Fraudulent Activities

• Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized payment methods
• Money laundering or processing illegal funds
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses
• Operating an account using a false identity or documents
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or system errors to gain an unfair advantage

7.2 Gaming-Related Prohibitions

• Betting or gaming using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence
• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or disrupt the system
• Collusion or coordinated activity with other players against lsbet
• Applying arbitrage or sure-bet strategies that harm the platform

8.1 Self-Control Features

• Deposit Limits: Users can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Limits: The option to set a time limit on continuous gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Users can voluntarily suspend their account for a set period of time.
• Reality Check: Periodic reminders of time and money spent during gaming sessions.

8.2 Protection of Minors

lsbet provides services only to individuals aged 21 or above. Parents and guardians are requested to keep their account login credentials out of reach of minors and to use parental control software on their devices if needed.

9.1 Ownership and Copyright

All content on the lsbet platform — logos, graphics, software code, designs, text, and related materials — is the intellectual property of lsbet or its licensors. Any unauthorized use of these assets is strictly prohibited. The following activities may not be carried out without permission:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any content from lsbet
• Reverse engineering or decompiling any part of the platform
• Using lsbet's trademarks or brand identity without authorization

9.2 User-Submitted Content

If a user submits any comments, reviews, or other content to the lsbet platform, lsbet reserves the right to publish, modify, or remove that content. The user confirms that the content they submit does not infringe on any third-party rights.

10.1 Service Guarantee

lsbet makes every effort to operate its services without interruption and accurately. However, lsbet cannot provide guarantees regarding the following:

• Temporary service outages due to technical maintenance or unexpected errors
• Transaction delays caused by system issues with third-party payment providers
• Gaming interruptions due to internet connectivity or user device issues
• Service disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, cyberattacks, etc.)

10.2 Limitation of Damages

lsbet's maximum liability shall in no case exceed the amount of the user's direct financial loss in the relevant incident. lsbet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages.

11.1 Closure at User's Request

Any user may request to close their account at any time by contacting the lsbet support team. Before closure:

• All active bets and games will be settled.
• Remaining eligible funds (subject to bonus terms being met) are withdrawable.
• If an account is closed, it may be reopened, but previous bonuses may not be restored.

11.2 Suspension or Closure by lsbet

lsbet may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Non-cooperation with the identity verification process
• Third-party complaints or legal directives
• Extended period of account inactivity

12.1 Right to Make Changes

lsbet reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes, users will be notified via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered the user's acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.

12.2 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions and any disputes related to the lsbet platform will be governed in accordance with applicable international online gaming laws. Both parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute through negotiation.
